Shipping & Delivery
Orders in stock are shipped within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times:

We always try our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. If for some reason we do not meet these delivery times, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands. Delivery is via a parcel deliverer. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by a package delivery service or their local partners. We will make a claim if your package is lost or damaged in transit and refund you or offer a replacement instrument. If you are concerned or would like to contact us regarding a shipment, please send an email to contact@lidahdrums.nl. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Returning
It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving your order without giving any reason. Contact us about this within 30 days of receiving your order by email.
You will be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package within the Netherlands but can differ depending on your location. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.
When you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and in the original condition and packaging. You may try the product as you would in a shop, but if the product or packaging is damaged more than is necessary to inspect it, you are responsible for the depreciation of the product. Treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after receiving the instrument back to us, provided it is returned in good order.
Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to warranty. You have a 2-year warranty on our products with the exception of the handpans. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
