A Co-Creation Rooted in Bali
Ethereal in E came to Bali to visit our workshop, meet the people behind LIDAH and shape this instrument together with us in person.
Over several days, we explored sound, feel, finish and playability, listening closely to what this Mini Handpan should become.
The result is an instrument that carries both worlds:
The joyful, meditative sound of Ethereal in E, and the handcrafted care and natural warmth of LIDAH.
Meet Adam, the Artist Behind Ethereal in E
Ethereal in E is the musical world created by Adam, one of the world’s most followed handpan artists. Known for playful, calming and highly recognisable handpan performances shared with people around the world.
His way of playing makes the handpan feel approachable rather than distant: expressive, spontaneous, full of personality and joy.
The Ethereal Mini grew from that same idea: an instrument that invites you to explore before you start worrying about technique. While giving you a large range of possibilities with the double sides.
